很滿意，熱情便利快捷。不過(guò)需要在候機(jī)樓先辦理文件手續(xù)，再到停車(chē)場(chǎng)取車(chē)手續(xù)，有點(diǎn)麻煩。

It was a very good car rental experience. I placed two separate orders this time, and for the first one, I received a free upgrade to an SUV. The staff was friendly, and the car was very new. As the tourism situation in Turkey was better than expected, I extended my trip. After the original booking ended, I contacted the rental office to extend the rental, and they offered us a very good price. The front desk and the manager were very patient and had a great attitude. There were no upselling attempts throughout the process. The return procedure was quick and hassle-free. The deposit will take some time to be refunded, and I am currently waiting for it. Leaving this review first, and I will definitely choose them again when I return to Turkey.

對(duì)於租車(chē)過(guò)程很滿意。實(shí)際取到的是卡羅拉，省油，操控靈活。關(guān)鍵是還很新，才跑了四千來(lái)公里。車(chē)行工作人員態(tài)度非常好。而且沒(méi)有一句多餘的推銷(xiāo)。每刷一筆信用卡，都會(huì)拿著票據(jù)再給我們解釋一遍這個(gè)是什麼費(fèi)用。而且在我才回國(guó)一週的時(shí)候就把信用卡預(yù)刷的押金退回了。

用車(chē)9天，8天車(chē)況可以，最後一天顯示水溫過(guò)高，報(bào)警，希望注意汽車(chē)保養(yǎng)，提高用車(chē)質(zhì)量

非常好！我買(mǎi)了全險(xiǎn)，沒(méi)有任何推銷(xiāo)！取車(chē)的時(shí)候因?yàn)檐?chē)子有點(diǎn)髒拍的視頻不清楚，等我用完車(chē)洗車(chē)時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)車(chē)身有劃痕和幾處掉漆的小黑點(diǎn)，雖然買(mǎi)了全險(xiǎn)也很擔(dān)心還車(chē)的時(shí)候説不清楚，還好GOLDCAR如網(wǎng)友評(píng)價(jià)的一樣沒(méi)有糾結(jié)這些小細(xì)節(jié)。
還不錯(cuò)，沒(méi)有推銷(xiāo)
