我預(yù)定提車時(shí)間為下午五點(diǎn)半,租車公司五點(diǎn)鐘下班,多收我50紐幣。但是實(shí)際上他們?nèi)匀徊坏任业竭_(dá),我們?nèi)松夭皇斓?,花?0紐幣打車到他們公司門店,沒有人影!而是通知將車放在一個(gè)飯店前臺(tái),讓我去取。附近沒有公交,沒有出租車,根本無法到達(dá)。幸虧遇到其他租車公司的以為中國員工,看我們可憐,將我送到那個(gè)飯店,才算取到車。
當(dāng)我們?nèi)〔坏杰嚂r(shí),打電話給租租車客服,他們非常熱情地幫我解決。回國后發(fā)現(xiàn)一筆額外收費(fèi),打電話給客服,也是非常熱情認(rèn)真地幫我解決。
南島自然景色更佳,如果不是《魔戒》等電影迷,北島可以不去。新西蘭景色更多在路上,有些景色還得看天氣。
前期服務(wù)較好,但后期存在一些問題:一是重復(fù)扣費(fèi),本人用車過程中已交停車費(fèi),且保留了消費(fèi)記錄證明并告知租車公司,但租車公司仍重復(fù)扣除停車費(fèi)和手續(xù)費(fèi);二是超期非法扣費(fèi),客服之前答復(fù)相關(guān)費(fèi)用會(huì)在還車一周內(nèi)從押金中扣除,本人還車5天后押金退回賬戶后,在未通知本人情況下在還車15天后又直接從信用卡扣費(fèi);三是對(duì)客戶所反映問題不理會(huì)、不解決,在本人將上述重復(fù)、超期、非法扣費(fèi)問題按公司要求,以郵件形式反饋后,但遲遲等不到意見反饋和解決措施,只是一味讓客戶等通知,根本不把客戶需求放在心上。
The service was good in the early stage, but there were some problems in the later period:
firstly, repeated deductions. I had paid the parking fee during the use of the car, and kept the consumption record proof and informed the car rental company, but the car rental company still repeatedly deducted parking fees and handling fees;
secondly , illegal overdue deductions. Customer service previously replied that the relevant fees would be deducted from the deposit within a week of returning the car. After 5 days since I returned the car ,the deposit was returned to my account,but after 15days, without noticing me,the fee was directly deducted from my credit card ;
thirdly, ignore and not solve the problems reported by customers. After I reported the above problems of duplication, overdue fees, and illegal deductions, in the form of emails according to the company\\\'s requirements, untiI now I still have not received any feedback and solutions, and just asking me to wait for notifications , absolutly not taking customer\\\'s needs to heart at all.
