It was a very good car rental experience. I placed two separate orders this time, and for the first one, I received a free upgrade to an SUV. The staff was friendly, and the car was very new. As the tourism situation in Turkey was better than expected, I extended my trip. After the original booking ended, I contacted the rental office to extend the rental, and they offered us a very good price. The front desk and the manager were very patient and had a great attitude. There were no upselling attempts throughout the process. The return procedure was quick and hassle-free. The deposit will take some time to be refunded, and I am currently waiting for it. Leaving this review first, and I will definitely choose them again when I return to Turkey.
