AVIS整體服務(wù)挺不錯(cuò)的。之前看別人分享走了付費(fèi)高速收費(fèi)問(wèn)題有點(diǎn)擔(dān)心,車(chē)行工作人員告訴我過(guò)路費(fèi)會(huì)直接扣信用卡,還提醒我如果收到短信要付費(fèi)是詐騙短信,千萬(wàn)不要點(diǎn)里面的鏈接。提車(chē)時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)車(chē)子有點(diǎn)碰擦的痕跡,都拍照上傳了,目前沒(méi)有遇到亂扣費(fèi)的情況。

A female clerk in the store gave a discriminatory look on her face when she saw us walking in. During the rental and return process, the clerk kept using a bad tone and was very rude. This attitude is very rude in the service industry. We travelers wanted to rent a car from your company to enjoy the rest of the journey. Unexpectedly, the clerk broke our mood and the price was not cheap. It was so disappointing and absolutely unforgivable.
