路線還是要提前做些功課，東部道路上車(chē)比較多而且速度快，兩次走錯(cuò)了路還得兜回來(lái)
最初安排的車(chē)輛外觀刮蹭較多，門(mén)衛(wèi)提醒可以換車(chē)，然后前臺(tái)重新安排了讓我滿(mǎn)意的車(chē)子。異地還車(chē)時(shí)晚了幾分鐘，門(mén)店關(guān)門(mén)，第二天一早門(mén)店開(kāi)門(mén)就去還，說(shuō)明了情況，前臺(tái)按照約定時(shí)間給還了，沒(méi)有罰金，很體貼。很滿(mǎn)意的一次租車(chē)體驗(yàn)。
租還車(chē)門(mén)店涵蓋的城市比較多，網(wǎng)上免費(fèi)取消很方便。
有大巴接送，很方便。手續(xù)很簡(jiǎn)單快速。

The bad employees (work downstairs in 1908 L St NW, Washington, DC) brought my car-charger and cable, but I didn\'t get back the stuffs when I asked them. Such a big company didn\'t teach the employees how to be honest. luckily the guy in the call services gave me a good experience. This is the only one smile for.
