客服比較給力，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)取車(chē)的時(shí)候有個(gè)保險(xiǎn)的疑問(wèn)，撥通電話(huà)就解答了！
1. 開(kāi)車(chē)一定要小心，紅綠燈口前要注意看！
2. 高速公路很寬，車(chē)道很多，一邊就有6-8車(chē)道，要認(rèn)準(zhǔn)路口。錯(cuò)過(guò)一個(gè)，又要繞圈回來(lái)！
3. 任何時(shí)候都不要留貴重物品在車(chē)上，最好鎖車(chē)尾箱！

Not a long queue. The service is ok. And the counter is easy to find.
The customer services are quite helpful. I was late to pick up my car and the customer service representative helped me contact Avis and retain my car until my arrival.
