The service was super unprofessional. The car we got was not allowed to drive in a certain areas in Manila but they didn’t let us know in advance and we were stopped by the police in the middle of the road for more than a hour and were asked by the rental car store manager to return to the rental place and change to a different car last minute. We didn’t get to fuel the car yet before changing to the new car, the manager said it was fine and was a courtesy to us given all the troubles. But when we finally returned the car the same manager pretended to forget what she said and asked us to pay the fuel for the first car even more than what it was supposed to be…if she didn’t said it was a courtesy we could go to the nearest gas station which was 400meter away and fuel the car….the manager was lying to our face and tricked us into paying her more and was being very rude saying we didn’t have the conscience
